Calypso Blauwgroen

I painted my home office with this and the smoky gray undertone makes the teal feel so much more grounded than other blue-greens I’ve tried. It took two coats for full opacity, but the depth it gives the walls is exactly what I wanted.

The smoky undertone really keeps this teal from feeling flat or overly bright—it’s dramatic without being garish. I’ve used it in my dining room and the depth it adds to the walls is stunning, especially in the evening light.

I was nervous a deep teal would feel too dark in my living room, but this blue-green with that smoky gray undertone makes the walls feel cozy and moody at the same time. The finish went on evenly and the depth is exactly what the photos promised.
